Here at Grove Cost Management Ltd we have over 35 years of experience working within the Construction Industry.
The business was founded by our Managing Director Rob Jackson in August 2021 with the sole purpose of providing high quality technical & commercial support to consultants, developers, main contractors and subcontractors.
Whether you are looking for support to help bolster your existing team on a longer-term basis or have a specific one off/immediate requirement to help with a contractual matter or dispute we are here to help.
Preconstruction
We believe that to optimise successful outcomes it is essential that we become embedded & integrated into your existing team and provide guidance, support and, where necessary, leadership into the decision-making process.
Construction
Once you have been successful in your tender and you are appointed as the successful contractor or subcontractor for the project we are able to provide ongoing support and specialist advise to your team, designers, clients and other stakeholders.
