We can assist in the review of elemental & project wide scope documentation, recognize areas of risk & opportunity, and identify equivalent/alternative value engineering solutions. We will also help develop an effective operational and commercial delivery strategy. 

We will provide support and input in the identification of specialist subcontractors and ensure that only those with suitable credentials, experience, training, accreditation, capability and financial standing are put forward for final selection.

We will also work with your project planners to ensure that the subcontract elements are carefully considered, and adequate provision is included with in project programme.

We will help develop your schedule of attendances and ensure that the information contained within the tender pack is clear unambiguous and compliant with the requirements of the main contract perameters.

If required, we will also attend mid and post tender interviews and provide assistance and input into the tender comparison exercise to ensure the correct and complaint supply chain partners are being selected. We can also provide input and assistance in the bid writing process.
